Technology is an important and rapidly spreading aspect in the work environment of today. The change experienced in the above-mentioned areas are due to the advancement of technological factors also. Digitalization, automation, diversification and globalization are areas where technology development can be seen at a great pace. Even the needs and demands of the organization are emerging more and more with time. In the competitive environment, the organization has to understand the environmental changes and embrace them by implementing them in the work culture.

Hence for the purpose of implementing the changes and technological advancement the organization has to work on the cultural transformation.
