Explanation / Answer
Main Claims
The ethics of business are directly related to game ethics. No one should define business because its standards of right and wrong differ from the prevailing traditions of morality in society.
Arguments in Support of Main Claim
1.Just as the ethics of ordinary morality are left in games, so they are left in business. If a business person does not follow ordinary or matching behavioural morality then it does not mean he is doing wrong.
2. It is impossible for an individual to be successful by application of ethical standards of business operations. People are successful in their business.Hence people are tend to conduct business on a different standard of believes.
All of the claims made in the case directly align with placing the personality as a perspective of business. Definitely the business standard changes according to understanding of one's perspective but defining the wrong activities as right activities and defining bluffing as a business operation or type of this is operation is not adequate by any means. This is specific type of approach the quality of business is done in the organisation by comparing it to a game. As the business involves multiple funding and stakes of many people in it, this type of explanation is not adequate it directly diminishes the idea of fair trade and creates a bad impact on the overall availability of understanding the business opportunities.
The plane is not true that individuals are not at high standard by using ethical approaches of business. Many individuals and industrialists made their Empire only on the basis of following very strong tradition of correct ethics and moral standards as well as being helped in the society in a positive manner which created a positive impact on there overall availability of opportunities and made them a successful Businessman.
By looking at other factors we can say that bluffing is not ethical by any means and should not be given preference in any of the business operations.
