The biggest concerns about the use of social networking sites in the workplace is productivity. Social networking is considerably addictive activity and can cause loss of productivity when used in workplace.

One of items that no one has selected (most likely) is corporate reputation.

Corporate reputation refers to the perception of the company among the employees, external workforce and the community. It is the degree to which the people and the market views the company to different metrics. Metrics such as ethics, fairness, culture, efficiency and others are often the various factors that build a corporate reputation.

Corporate reputation is concern with social media being used at a workplace because it becomes difficult for organizations to control how and what information the employees begin sharing on the social media. Employees can share good as well as bad information about the organization and the level of control by the organization reduces with the social media usage at workplace.
