SIPOC is a management tool used by process analyst to get a bird eye view of the complex organisational process before a detail analysis is done to improve the process. It is to be noted that all those things that are used by operations process and supplied by few or many suppliers to produce goods and services needed by the customer serve as input. It is worth to note here that fixed elements of production facility may not be considered as input. After utilizing the input through production process what we get to fulfill customer demand is output. The number of suppliers and variety of inputs will depend on complexity of the finished product.
