Ans – I work for the marketing data and analytics team, our basic task is to handle the database of the company in the CRM system known as Salesforce. This data is collected, processed, analyzed and then stored in the CRM system. This data is used for the marketing campaign and email marketing which also includes the job of marketing automation.

In simple term – Our job is to keep our database updated so that our company can conduct a productive email marketing campaign.
