Read this: I chose Apple for this discussion post. Here is Apple’s website: https://www.apple.com. Two attributes of the brand that are readily apparent on Apple’s website are its near trademark minimalism, as well as the “experience ecosystem.” According to Moorman, no matter whether you walk into a store, use the product, check out the app store, or the website, you are greeted with the same visual experience of clean lines and white walls (2018.)This gives a sense of identity to customers that is readily apparent, and lets you know what to expect from any interaction you have with the company.
This same ecosystem is also one of the main ways the company generates customer loyalty, and the main reason I am loyal to the company. I just love that my phone can communicate with my laptop, my TV, my husband’s phone, etc, and all of my files are easily shared between them on the cloud.
This is great for both the day to day stuff, as well as the peace of mind that I’m not losing anything if I suddenly lost my phone or broke my computer. I know there are a lot of valid complaints against Apple, but I can’t get the same ecosystem (out of the box, at least) if I changed everything to Android and PC. I'm not a computer person, it's not fun for me to figure out how to get it all to work. It’s a great system for Apple: I buy all Apple stuff because I have all Apple stuff… They got me, haha.

Apple has a unique way of placing their products in the market since its inception, apple, at heart has always been about innovation and quality and this is exactly why people still use Apple devices till date.
As a mission goes, Apple is a creative company which produces products in the electronics market. Even in the presence of immense completion and premium pricing range, Apple has been able to sustain it's brand loyal customer and it is largely due to its ability to provide an all-around customer experience. It's all about how the customer perceives the product and the brand in general. They create products which define the word quality. Their approach is to define the limit of innovation, trust and quality with every iteration, every unique new product it essentially creates a market for premium, usable, tested and loved products. While the placement process is simple, the fact that Apple has a reputation to maintain as a product-centric brand, allows us to understand how they create a customer-centric experience through their product, quality assurance, and service and interaction that only their products have.
Thus, using this information, we can understand Apple's approach to its market and it's product for the customers and creating a brand loyal market.
