The company’s strategy is quite inclined to the mission statement as the company keeps coming up with innovative products and interesting concepts to cater to the entertainment needs of the audiences.

2. In the BCG matrix, the main business of Media networks of the company can be placed in the Star quadrant. The Marvel series movies are quite liked by the audiences. They are placed in this segment, as they are both cash users as well as cash generators. Parks and Resorts of the company can be placed in the cash cow segment. They have been a favorite of all age groups and have been quite successful in minting money for the company.

The company has been doing quite good to maintain its market positioning. Every year, the company comes up with innovative concepts to entertain the audiences. The maintenance of the resorts is also quite good and some revamp is done every year to maintain its Cash Cow image in the market.
