In the past, many employees stayed with the same organization for decades. This has changed dramatically. In today’s economy, employees have less loyalty to an organization and are quite willing to move to another organization to advance their careers. Therefore, in their quest to attract and retain high-quality employees, successful organizations have taken the development of all employees more seriously. Read Hebrews 5:11-14. Examine these verses in light of developing employees in their current jobs and the need to conduct a training needs analysis. Additionally, what do these passages say about the need for constant practice? Provide support for your answers.

Reading the versus we can see that people are changing the jobs very quickly as they are lured with the new opportunities with high payments for better opportunities rather than seeking experience in their similar field of operation. As per the reading we can specifically see that giving an example of an infant feeding on milk is directly related to the employee leaving the organisation at a premature stage where the overall efficiency as well as productivity of the specific employee can be vary widely increased if he used it for leveraging and increasing the quality of understanding organisational learning and capabilities. For an example most of the new employees in the organisations keep looking for other jobs with a very little salary hike and leave experience of human which is usually unusable making it a drastic change in their operational availabilities. This is specific type of approach reduces the overall impact of their understanding of market needs as well as operational environment and leaves them immature as director relation to the reading provided in 'Hebrews 5:11-14'. Conducting training needs analysis is essential for an organisation to assess the specific interest of the employee as well as to provide adequate training for supporting the overall structure of operation which could be very beneficial in maintaining the level of employee turnover ratio improving the availability of opportunities for an organisation to retain the employees for long time creating a better impact on its overall operational capabilities.
