OPPORTUNITY: THEY CAN OPEN UP A NEW BRANCH IN THE NEXT COUNTY, THEY CAN LOOK FOR INVESTORS TO INVEST IN THE BUSINESS SO THAT THEY CAN EXPAND

WEAKNESS: THE PERSON WHO MANAGES THE STORES IS VERY LAZY AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, fewer CHOICES AND WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO ACTUALLY COME TO THE STORE

THREATS: THE THREATS ARE  LARGE SUPERMARKETS ARE TAKING OVER THE MARKET, THEY OFFER MORE CHOICES AT THE SAME OR LOWER PRICE
