Explanation / Answer

I always wanted work for radio industry specifically to be in audio department as a manager for any radio station. After going through this class I had developed a knowledge of different strategies which could be used inside the organisation for improving my availability. By improving the communication skills as well as having an improvisation on understanding of strategic management would help me to enter any Organisation in a very positive way. Understanding of the workplace ethics as well as having an understanding of the organisational metrics would help me to grow prominently into any radio station. Being an audio department manager I would be able to successfully assess the situation and to provide adequate decision in the specific condition.
By having an understanding of the leadership theories I would definitely follow goal setting as well as a combination of transactional theory. Both of the theories would help me to understand the organisation in a better way as well as to improve the overall growth of my department. Creation of proper code of conduct as well as maintenance of ethical standards would also be one of the main approaches which could be used inside the organisation after having an understanding of the same from the class.
Setting theory would definitely help me to create an advantage in operation in my department. Along with the goal setting theory I would thoroughly follow transactional leadership approach which creates a strong understanding of the followers as well as availability of other aspects of the organisation including maintenance of better leadership approach by getting involved with the followers are rather than creating an authoritarian environment of work. Mixing of goal setting theory as well as transactional theory would help me to approach the goals which I have set for the organisation in a positive manner improving the availability of understanding the organisational needs as well as maintaining the workplace according to the requirement of changes in the organisation. Is a specific type of approach would also increase the chances of adaptability and appreciation from employees of the organisation for maintaining better environment of workplace

By using above specific approaches I would definitely enter any radio station and I would be able to manage the place accordingly. Knowing the rules and having an idea of the framework of decision making would help me to assess the situation in a better way as well as to provide services to the employees of the organisation while being implemented into the job with them by using transactional leadership approach for increasing the productivity as well as efficiency of the organisation.
