When creating a change vision, it can be made sure that it is a valid change when it is able to move people towards it and they believe that it is the truth that influences their feelings. Communication is important as often people fail to see why the change is needed. Communication must take the form of open and honest dialogue keeping the behavior consistent with the vision. Before communicating it is important it is important to understand the mood of the audience, potential reasons for their distrust and anger. Communication channels should be such that important messages are highly visible and understood. Use inspirational stories from the workforce to build optimism and self-confidence. Provide feedback about the validity of vision and strategies.
The main key element of a change vision is the sense of urgency which drives the change forward. Without the sense of urgency there would be no commitment by the right people in place towards such change. Leader should feel the sense of urgency to pull people together and define the guiding team
