Dear Tina,

Yesterday was an incredible night for the members of ISEA. Your talk on the topic “ Look After the P’s and Q’s” was an instant hit among the 76 members of the association, whose happiness and appreciation with the talk, would had been witnessed yesterday, by the strength of their applauses for you.

My company Hogan Consultants Inc. and the company president Mr. Gavin Hogan is a preacher of learning and development. He encourages our members to attend and participate in the ISEA activities, which serves as an epitome of learning for them. The buzz created by your topic was so good that ISEA witnessed on of its largest audience yesterday. The different modes of training that were used in the talk, was well accepted by the audiences. The rate of participation and engagement was quite huge, which was witnessed in the participation rate of the question answer round. Audience felt related to the topic as well as the examples that you had given during the talk. The immediate reaction and appreciation of the audience was humongous.
