the main objective of training is, to understand the limitations of the employee at work and provide the same to accomplish the work. In traditional training methods, the trainer and the trainee, both join at place, have some interaction with others, understanding the potentials, identifying the limitations and problems, the lacking skills can be injected through training.

In case, if we go this process througn online, by using internet or social media, it lost the touch. In non-personal interaction, the trainer may not exactly guess or estimate the personality, where they are good, where they are not etc. Hence, the end result of the training may not be fulfilled. In personal interaction, there will be many trainees joined at the same place, and one can identify the other limitations of them also. The total can be resolved in the training, and benefited to all.

Personally, I prefers to personal training rather than training through social meadia. Of course, it takes much time, many resources, and higher cost also. But it serves the dier need of training, where the other methods may failed.
