Feedback from others are important to develop our emotional intelligence is because we can understand from others perspective as to how do we behave or react or what according to them feel like when we behave in certain manner. So in way we learn about our emotions and also understand it so as to develop our intelligence in it as well. Rabotin recommended that we talk to the person with whom we are upset and understand our emotional situation and mange it constructively so as to learn more about emotions and have positive approach of any given situation or issue. The emotional intelligence of the presenter is that he is motivated and has social skills. Yes indeed true about the fact that we process emotions 60 times faster than cognitive thought. Fast paced workplace requires more ability to practice emotional intelligence as the person travelling through different cultural diversity, time zone and countries need to have emotional intelligence skills in order to understand his and others emotions and influence other people. He needs to be self-aware, self-regulated and motivated all time.
