As the CEO, you find yourself having to choose between a variety of capital projects presented by your management team. There continues to be limited resources to fund all the projects so your ability to select the most effective use of resources is crucial to the organization. I would select the project presented that will be completed in the fund provided by our hospital i will not be seeking on to the project that costs too much and is beyond our reach and preach..!! Plz.. do rate my answer with 5 star ratings..!!
