a) An employee who test positive for marijuana on a Monday morning but has spotless 10-year work record:
Response: Do nothing. A sunday drag may have caused the results, as weekend smoking is normal.

b) An airline pilot who refuses a random test
Response: Will ground the pilot. A lot of life and money at stake.

c) A job applicant who test positive for cocaine use
Response: Do not select the applicant. it is better to root out the addicts in the beginning from your org.

d) An employee who test positive for cocaine use
Response: will do a background check. Will see his past and performance.

e) An employee who comes to your office the night before an announced urinalysis and admits that he regularly uses a hallucinogenic drug off the job
Response: off duty drug is not in my juridiction. so no response.

f) A productive worker who gives no outward sign of drug use but who is named as a drug abuser at work in an anonymous tip
Response: Will do some actual ground work to velidate the claims. But will do nothing against, as my org is not being affected by the aduse.

g) An employee involved in a serious work accident who refuses to take an immunoassay test based on her belief in the right to privacy.
Response: will surely impose an assay. These are dnagerous type of employee.

h) The recommendation of the union that management be given the same tests as workers.
Response: will surely go by them. this will build faith and good relationship between the employees and management.
