) camera: An advantage is taking camera's on the go. A feature is the zoom button. A benefit is have life long moments. backpack: A feature is many compartments. An advantage is you can carry a lot. A benefit is you can have anything you want at your disposal. fat free ice cream: A feature is it taste good. An advantage is it is a desert. A benefit is it is healthy for you. lawn service: A feature is lawn is mowed. An advantage is that you pay people to do your lawn. A benefit is you don't have to do it. 7.) Making mashed potatoes taste so much better then canned potatoes because canned doesn't have the preservatives and real mashed potatoes is more healthy and taste better than canned. 8.) The sales person should just give the information to the customer and try to sway the customer to like the product, but if the customer is not honest their is nothing you can do because you are their to do your job. 9.)The salesperson should thank the customer for the nice comment and sell the item but explain that the company is working well. But in your opinion if you think that the company is bad just sell the item and move on. 10.)I don't agree because I think it is an acquired attribute to someone. Some people though are born with it.
