We, on behalf of Infovision feel that we could demonstrate certain improvement over our previous quarters. Our manufacturing productivity stands on a position of number two in the market. This shows that the company has good capacity. Infovision is targeting Workhorse segment and the Innovators segment. I feel that though we are responsible in producing innovative and creative products as our targeted segment is the Innovators, we should have made the amount into future investment compact. This would have given us a change to invest in other areas like market performance and also would have improved our financial performance and thereby indicating a good rise in the total performance. There is a scope for the improvement of the HR management also which should have been done by curtailing one of the overseas stores.

On behalf of Infovision we feel that we could demonstrate certain improvement over our previous quarters.
RESULTS
Our manufacturing productivity stands on a position of number 'two' in the market.
This proves that we are a little less than perfect in the marketplace. We have a strong hold in the market.
This shows that the company has good capacity.
We are able to have very fast productivity for any new product.
OUR PRESENT STRATEGY
Infovision is targeting Workhorse segment and the Innovators segment. We are responsible in producing innovative and creative products as our targeted segment is the Innovators. This dual benefit of innovation and fast productivity make us liable to be on the top most of market. It means that if we are able to make some more changes we can clear our way to the top position. So below are the proposed changes i think will make the company boost in the marketplace.
PROPOSED CHANGES
1. I feel that though we are responsible in producing innovative and creative products as our targeted segment is the Innovators .We should invest some amount into future investment compact. This will have to develop our marketbase.
2. There is a scope for the improvement of the HR management also which should have been done by curtailing one of the overseas stores.
BENEFITS OF CHANGES
This would have given us a change to invest in other areas like market performance and also would have improved our financial performance and thereby indicating a good rise in the total performance.
