Ans: Code of ethics is important to business. Corporations have been under extreme scrutiny and regulatory pressure after the plethora of corporate scandals such as Health-South, Tyco, Enron, MCI-WorldCom, Arthur Andersen etc. The Sarbanes Oxley act required corporations to take specific actions. One action was to create a code of ethics and to train ethics within the corporation.
