As a Sales Leader I would try to motivate my employee to work hard and copeup with the industry if we are lacking somewhere. I would try to find the reason behind the lacking of my companies sales. As it is 2% increased that means we are lacking behind only with 4-5% growth rate. I would plan my own work sheets where i will focus in every single factors which is responsible for the growth of my company.
