A SWOT analysis is a tool that organizations use to help identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats inside and outside of the organization. When an organization has assessed its strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities they can come up with solutions to turn their weaknesses and threats into strengths and opportunities.
