Explanation / Answer
Answer:1 - a In super majority rule parliamentary procedure requires that any action that may alter the rights of a minority has a supermajority requirement, such as a two-thirds vote. This is important to shelter the interest of the minority.
Answer-b This seldom happens as the voting happens randomly and thsere are very less chances of 100% agreement in case of sensitive issues.
Answer-2 The benefit of an autocratic decision-making style is that it's fast and carries very few impediments to action. Unlike other decision styles that involve more than one person, an autocratic style requires only that one person take action. Time spent communicating, debating and deliberating is therefore minimized. In situations when time is of utmost importance, an autocratic style can be very effective. If the decision maker has good judgment and the right attitude toward the group, the autocratic style can work.
Answer-3 a This type of decision making works with strong leaders as those leaders give opprtunities to others and listen to them with confidence and then implement their ideas giving them the ude credits. This generates faith in their leadership and make the leader a more respectable figure into the eyes of his/her followers.
Answer-b Yes it may lead to dysfunctional decision making and everyone of your follower would think that their ideas are stolen by you and you lack originality in your thinking. This gives you disrespect of theirs.
