bargaining power of suppliers: here the suppliers are the car leasers. as Uber is the top player in the segment, the car owners are not bargain with Uber. they will take the price decided by Uber.

threat of substitute: even it is open market to all, there are few players in paid transportation mode.

bargaining power of customers: as Uber is offering services at much lower cost, no customer is thinks he pays high amount to the service.

threat to new entrants: as i said above, it is open to all. any one can start the cab business.

industry rivarly: a healthy competiton has existed in the market and every player is doing good.
