1. yes, i can see a good leader in myself. because many of the people followed me at the work place and even in pesonal life. any one have doubts, they aproach me and ask guidance and suggestions from me. a leader should have the quality of realistic approach in nature and right decision making. i think i have these characteristics, thats why i think i am a leader. and in the times of difficulties, i inspires my members to overcome it.

2. i rule people in the times of comupulsory,even they strugles i insist them. at the end they will be the beneficiaries along with organization.

i always stands for truth and even my people should be like that. we works for benefit of organization but not at the cost of people or environment.

i will be attached with my team, observes their working nature, and i guide them at the needed times. and they wautched me at work and follow me.

3. i will follow different styles based on the situation, even in the times of requirements, i wont think about punishment also. but for me transformational leadership is preferable and i follow this at work.

4. organization and team goal is important at the end. for that only all we are joined here and working. so, organizational goals are important to us, and we works with this motive. people goals or personal goals comes secondary here. even we face any difficulties at work, we only coscise it to that particular work. with the friendly nature and in friendly environment, we solve them and go further.

when we are representing in a team, there are many times where we should practice and accept actions even we are not interested. i belive in the proverb- we need to serve in order to lead. even i teach the same to my team members.
