if we focused on internal e-mailing updrading process, there are some network technologies which helps the internal people to the organization. technologies like LAN (local area network) only provides access to the limited number of people, who are part of the organization only. others do not have any right to access, and it does not allow.

in the process implementation, we need to consider the total cost occured to the implmentation and the time required to complete this project. otherwise, if there is no specific budget figure, it may go beyond the unilimted extent, and the cost may increase because of unplanned actions.

the manage must decide, how many departments and systems should be provided to this connection, what is total cost incurred and how much time it takes. because, in the early connection process, the regular work of the business unit may disturbed. and the process of activities must be listout one after one, the time for each activity, and cost to each activity, all these must be preestimated only. if not, it may leads to high cost, and the activities may not go in sequential and integrated way. all this increases to wastage of the resources of the firm.
