i belive the statements and they reflects in the current business trends. one of the desirable characteristic of a leader is, he must mingle with the followers, at least in short gaps, it may not possible all the times to spend with the followers. but if not met regularly, the affection be less and the kind of motivation becomes zero. but if the great personalities are available to the followers, if they stands with them for some time, the followers will reenergige and recharge, and follow the leaders. some times the followers get motivated by listening to the leaders, it may not be directly. suppose a video call or video conference, or a message from social media, etc will help the followers to follow their leader.

if the leaders are too far from the followers, if they do not speak with them, they do not interact with the followers, or if they do not convey anthing to the followers, it creates a gap between these two. hence it continues for a period of time, the followers do not what the leader is expecting from them, what they ought to and this confusion leads to in appropriate actions from the followers.

suppose, assume that, you do not receive any message from your boss for a long time, how do you proceed in professional life? without instructions or orders you may not go further.

or as a boss, if you do not give any orders, inputs or instructions to your followers for a long time, what will you expect from the followers.

so, these two leads to confusion and the followers may stop there itself.
