Even with a school level education, one can perform these tasks when trained properly. So, even though a college degree as a minimum basic requirement may help but is not necessary for the job of an office assistant. A proper training should be able to make an efficient Office Assistant irrespective of the candidate's college degree.

So, the first step in doing my job of Office Administration is to be clear on the expectations of my manager and draw the limits of the job requirement. After I am clear about my responsibilities, I will then think and rethink of ways to perform those tasks in an efficient and sustainable manner so as to achieve cent percent customer satisfaction.
