Project 6: 7.5

Project 3 should be selected, score being highest.

Ans 2: As it is seen BCEI is the critical path with duration of 17 days, which is the least time in which the project can be completed.

Ans 3 : The implementation time can be reduced by crashing the activities B, C or E to the minimum possible duration. E can be crashed for 3 days without critical path being changed. If it crashes for more than 3 days, F and G will also need to be crashed to keep BCEI as critical path.
