I am working for food business, which come sunder food industry. The health consiousness of people has beocmes more popular in recent years. The people are becoming more and more about health consiousness, and selectively accepting the food suppliers. Earliers, there were so many food sellers and every one done their busines succesfully. But now, the scenario is completely changed, customers and only looking at the players, who are offering quality food only. For them, cost not becomes a factor to be considered. Hence, every player in the industry now focus on quality aspect to attract customers, and again focused on various dishes with taste and quality to retain the customers.
Hence the firm which can not change it self according to the conditions, it has to be take an exit from the market. So, most of the firms in the industry are introducing innovations in their products and services, and capturing market share. It is not only helps to retain customers, at the same time expanding the boundaries of the industry and only few firms exist in the market at later times. The one who is offering tasty and quality food items to customers with health aspects, they only remain in the market.
Most of the people are habituated for outside food due to different reasons. People who are working outoff the homes, working couple, people who do not have time to prepare food, and so on, all these will be reasons. Hence to attract and retain more and more customers, firms are focusing on offering quality food items. They also focus on other areas like service qaulity, premises neatness and fine looking, seasonal food items, and so on. Hence, all these reasons are leading to increase the demand for food suppliers in the market. It helps us to attract and retain more an more customers.
These organizational changes are considered as second order changes, because, whatever the changes appered here is the result of the changes in the customers' food habits. Based on the expectations and changes of customer behavior, we need to change our business plans and strategies.
