2. Charismatic Leadership Models
3. Transformational Leadership
4. Trait theory

Answer: Great man and trait theory to the contemporary study of transformational leadership theory is evident from 3 decades.
Great man theory says that Great Men like Royal, Battlefield heroes and other successful individuals possess inherent talents and abilities that set them apart from the population at large and which enable them to achieve great success. This theory subsequently gave rise to trait theory. It says that leaders surely had to possess some universal characteristics that made them leaders. shortcomings of this theory gave rise to observable leaders behaviors theory.
Question 4) How do you see these theories working in a healthcare organization? Is one more suited to it than another?
Answer: Over the years, researchers devised many leadership theories which are working positively in healthcare organisation. Though leadership theories can educate on the different leadership and management options, but effective leadership is not completely based on specific influences, characteristics, and actions. As a leader in healthcare organisation, the leader must draw from many abilities and approaches to find the right way to manage the organisaion. The transformational leadership style involves the requirements for becoming a highly motivating and trusting leader. Transformational leaders have integrity. They set an appropriate example, establish clear objectives, encourage, support, and inspire employees in healthcare organisation.
