spermatogonium divides to form diploid spermatogonia which then divides by mitosis inside the testes to form primary spermatocyte which further undergoes meiotic division I and form secondry spermatocyte which is haploid , which further undergoes second meiotic division and forms haploid spermatocyte ( haploid) which undergoes division to form sperm .
at coitus, human sperm are deposited into anterior vagina . they quickly contact the cervical mucus and enter the cervix , in the uterus muscular contractions may enhance passage of sperm through the uterin e cavity . sperms swim through the uterotubal junction to reach the fallopian tubes ( uterine tube )
