The role of the supervisor in the prevention of accidents and violence in the workplace: It is defined as the role and responsibilities of a supervisor to initiate the preventing actions which ensures that the working place is free from accidents and violences. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining the working culture at the organization and avoiding any potential accidents and violence.

Stress Management: It is defined as the management of stress among the employees in the organization by initiating the stress relieving action with the employees. This helps to reduce the stress among the employees.
