Subject: Steps for copying images (signature of concern authoritative person) and text passages from portable document (PDF) files.
Effective immediately, please use following instructions for copying and using electronic authoritative signature of concern person in order to make your production process time efficient. I am presenting as an example how to copy the signature of my boss Esther Garcia from the attached PDF attached along with this memo. Use following steps in the sequence they are given for rapidly and efficiently pasting electronic signature in important document:
Step 1: Open PDF file and right click on Edit Menu to pull it down
Step 2: Depending on the version of Adobe, Acrobat or Reader a camera icon will emerge under Edit menu. This feature is called Take a Snapshot.
Step 3: After clicking on Take a snapshot, By holding the left mouse button and dragging the mouse; Select the part of the PDF document that you want to copy.
Note: The cursor will change its shape, after the feature of take a snapshot is activated. The selected area can be edited.
Step 4: The selected area will be copied to clipboard.
Step 5: Open the respective document where you need to paste these signatures.
Step 6: Move the cursor to the location where you want to paste the copied content (in this case is signature) and right the mouse.
Step 7: The menu that appears after right clicking the mouse will offer the option of Paste. Select this Paste Option.
Step 8: The copied image can be pasted after selecting it from the clipboard.
Note: Copied content can be pasted to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.
