Instruction Message: Copying Pictures and Text From PDFs Is 6.14 As a tech-savvy intern, you know that it's easy to copy text and images from PDF documents with a feature called Snapshot Tool. our boss, Esther Garcia, has so much confidence in you that she asks you to draft a memo detailing the steps for copying images and text passages from portable document format (PDF) files. fou start by viewing the Edit pull-down menu in an open PDF document. Depending on the Adobe Acrobat or Reader version, a feature called Take a Snapshot emerges. This feature is represented by a camera icon. To copy content, you need to select the part of the PDF document that you want to capture by holding down the left mouse button and dragging the mouse across the document. The cursor will change its shape once the feature is activated. You can expand and reduce the selected area. This highlighted area wil be copied to a clipboard. When you click the right mouse button, a menu appears that allows you to select Paste Options.
