Career choice and career exploration is two very different type of things,as choice is what a person makes and finalises over that but exploration is something different,it allows that person to experiment or say take chances and discover the possibilities through this process and they would have a backup which would may be attractive than the original career choice. Exploration process goes into four steps:1) should know yourself who I am? 2) what type of person I am? 3) what's out there or say once determined the type of occupation, now can begin to explore what type of career best suited to you. This report has its own strength and weakness and they are: i) they can direct you to have a career choice. ii) they will help you to make difference in career choice and exploration also. And, it has weakness also- i) report might leave you with dillema in career selection. There are challenges also which might occur whithout stating info directly from tge report and they could be- i) difficulty in stating about the person's choice. ii) type of person also, what type of person is whether social, enterprising, conventional and iii) what that person should make choice out of the types and should make career on that profession. iv) can't be known that the person is interested or not to make his career or not. v) can't be known that whether he is willing to have exploration or not.

Finally, yes, agree with the info I received from the report, because you have 3 types as a person, but you chose your career in Accounting. Having other types in the personality you can explore your career also in future and can have backups also.
