1. A 'buit-to change' often poses a lot of issues for management as the model itself suggests that a continuous cycle of change is present and the internal environment becomes very complex and dynamic resulting in many cases of mismanagement of resources be it manpower or other. Most commonly a built to change organization will prove to be more expensive to run compared to others. Buit to change organizations may also not last long compared to traditional companies and so it cannot be adopted in all sectors. If a wrong decision has been taken, in such models of organization,the possibility of it being detected is very low at initial stages and eventually when caught would prove to be more expensive to rectify and realign. Also employee motivation may be very low due to constant change in the skill sets required as well as the organization has to face manpower loss due to the same.

2. An individual employee would get exposed to several aspects of the job as the need for the employees of a built to change organization would involve frequent training and upgradation. The employee would add on many skills and knowledege of the organizations working much quicker when compared to a staff of a traditional organization. Problem solving would come easier for all employees and innovation would betha name of the game.

3. Major disadvantages for any employee in an organization of the above model would be to stay motivated for the long run. After a while any employee would wish to settle down in a stable job role and the constant change of the jobrole would become a drainer on one's mental faculty.
