Should people acting in the context of business be subject to different moral requirements and expectations than those same people in other contexts? Why, or why not? Explain any differences you find between personal ethics and business ethics. Research and explain the theory of Moral Relativism. How would the concept of Moral Relativism be reflected in the previous question/consideration?

Yes moral requirement depend many different factor like loaction, external factor like environment , social issues etc. In different situation expectation are different for people, some want only money , some want money , social status and extra allowance etc. So one cannot say that in same business people will have same requirements and expectations.
Personal ethics refer to ethics person identifies with respect to person and situations that deal with everyday life. For example how person behave with others , how they greet them etc
Professional ethics refer to ethics person adhere with respect to their interactions and business dealings in their professional life. Like how person will act in any business situation.
Many times preactical person act as impatiant or take wrong decision in pressure in bussiness. People with good personal ethics also have low or less professional ethics. Depending on different situations people respond.
Moral Relativism (or Ethical Relativism) is the position that moral or ethical propositions do not reflect objective and/or universal moral truths, but instead make claims relative to social, cultural, historical or personal circumstances
