Explanation / Answer
There is a contract as Lena accepted the contract when she put her acceptance in the mail.
The contract is valid because Lena had to accept the written offer from Frankie by 30th June 2017, the offer was accepted by Lena on 17th June 2017 and through mail. After the mail is done Frankie conveys that the offer is being revoked when they meet each other. A business communication is only valid when it is written down generally a verbal communication is considered as valid. Frankie revoked the contract after the acceptance from Lena, just face to face communication is not valid in this context.
