There are different approaches or strategies that can be used to communicate with the target audience. The first strategy in situational strategy where the messages are customized as per the level of understanding, education and characteristics of the target audience. It helps in building strong connectivity with the target audience. As a result, an effective communication is built and target audience perceives the message more effectively. It begins the process of people buying the ideas being delivered by the manager, leader or firm. The second strategy is to create integrated marketing communication where the messages are devised that best caters the needs and wants of the audiences. Here, the different channels (online and offline) are used to send a message that can be well perceived by the audience. The third strategy is to analyze the issues faced by the target audience and communicate the message that your idea has to solution to cure the issues faced by the audience. It has the ability to attract the audience and their attention as they are always willing to know about the solutions. As a result, they will carefully follow the ideas being delivered by the innovator or the firms. By this way, the ideas will be well communicated and heard by the target audience.
