Business will be on the logisitcs sector which support and provide service mostly for government related works/projects

Vision: To become a successfukl organisation with ethics and reputation who can be considered as the most reliable service provider in the area of logistics service provider.

Mission: Enhance the resource and built on logistics and service providing capabilities to satisfy customers especially in the area of government sector and become the pioneer in the logistics contracting business.

Comoany;s vision has to be communicated across all the funcitionalities through objectives and goals. All employees should hired based on their capabilities and skills and should practice them with proving their commitement and honesty towards their work. They should be upksilled frequently based on the market requirement inroder to meet the customer satisfaction metrics , their productivity and skills and commitment towards work. A proper comunication matrix to be developed which will be helpoful for organisation to communicate with their resources and to guide them properly accordance to the company's bigger perspective ( vision and mission). A proper monitoring and controlling mechanism should be in place to identify the gaps , to understand the customer requirement through a 360 degree feedback mechanism. Adaptiveness, reliability, responsiveness should be managed properly and to be tracked with the benchamrking mechanism by closely observing the competitors movement. The system shopuld be agile in nature and sustaibaility to be considered as the key factor for growht of organisation.
