1. Population aging is one of the most common issues in most of the organization these days. In olden days promotions and recognitions were based on experience that an individual gains, but these days it is the skill that it considered. Irrespective of being a fresher or an experienced candidates they get recognized if they have the capacity and qualities. This is a major issue since the youngsters won't mind to work under an experienced leader but the aged people will have problem working or reporting to a youngster as they feel that they are superior to them. This will break the synergy in the team, which ultimately will lead to noncooperative team members thereby faltering dead lines.
