The Texas deputy tried to take advantage of the fact that the women did not have required documents of immigration because of which she may have to face charges regarding the same. And the administration need to prioritise safety of women and assign stringent punishment to the accused so as to avoid similar cases of child sexual assault. This would have induced a sense of fear into the deputy officer of imprisonment and would not have involved into such criminal activity.
