Question
We have been looking at the process improvement method as laid out in the Harvard Business Review Press Pocket Mentor book. We also looked at SCRUM and TOC.
Find another "official process" for process improvement (e.g., one you use at work, one you studied in another class, one you find in an internet search). Write up a brief summary of this other process. Provide a diagram of "how it works". Include in your write-up how it compares to the HBR process. As usual, please be sure to cite resources.
Explanation / Answer
There are various process improvement methodologies, which aim at streamlining the business processes and making it more efficient. One of such process improvement model is DMAIC.
