So, it is a process of creating a performance driven work environment that helps all those people to thrive who are willing to put in best of their contributions on an individual or team level, follow ethical practices and create value for the customers. So, high pressure environment can lead people to thrive. Though, high pressure environment should not be marred by understaffing, overburdening of the work, scientific management polices and poor HR practices. It will make negative effect upon he employees as well as upon the organization.
Blue ocean thinking brings new ideas that is not yet identified and it becomes a valuable asset when somebody creates it. It brings new opportunities and higher wages, compensation and other benefits to me as the innovator of the ideas that create blue ocean in my career. It means that organizations identify me as a valuable asset and it differentiates me from other candidates. As a result, a rewarding and challenging career on the basis of blue ocean thinking is built.
