1. Learing organization is that organization which always transforms itself to the changing environment and keep pace with it, foster innovation, dynamic in nature, grows and nurtures itself through continously facilitating the learning of its employees, training on continous basis.

2.Environment consists a number of factors that are immediate or are non immediate, internal or external forces which influence the working of organizations. These environmental forces provides resources and market to the organnization and at the same time possess a number of challenges, threats and opportunities. Every decision (be it tactical, opretaional or strategical) is taken inonsideration of the environmental forces. These forces are majorly political, legal, economicla, ecological, socia, cultural as macro factor and suppluers, distributors, competitors, cutsomers, ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;bankers finnacial institution, governing bodies are micro level and global forces are world institutions like WTO, world bank, IMF, ILO, varous international agreegemnet like NAFTA, various pact like OPEC etc. All these forces influnec the working some at great extent and some at small extent. Because of changes in recent decades like widespread of globalization, international treaties taking place, econmies merging, customers being more informed, competition being more stiff, society being more responsible towrads nature etc. these all forces have become so dyna,ic in nature, ANd in order to ahve pace with then not only to grow and nurture but survive constant learning is requirted.

3. Awareness is the very first step that has to be taken in order to build learning organization. It is essential to have this awareness in the organization that learning is must at alll level. Need for change should be accepted by all in the organization. Such awareness and acceptance can be created through unfreezing already existing roots, managing resistance, motivating etc.
