• Leaders often are credited with viewing and approaching problems as opportunities for success. This level of perception is a characteristic of effective leaders, but is not something that they were born with, but instead they practice this form of thinking. Consider a problem that is currently being faced, either by you, your organization, or another organization that is currently being featured in current events. First explain why this current scenario is indeed a problem and what the implications are. Afterwards, explain how this problem potentially can be a great opportunity. If you were the leader, how would approach this situation from an optimistic visionary leadership perspective?

Now a days in smart phone industry one major problem has been unsolved i.e doping process. It is the process of placing the one particular type of very small foreign particle in the semiconductor. By this process the properties of semiconductor will change. Today’s researchers find out one new doping process. After success of this process: the smart phone price can decrease tremendously and people can find smart phones at few dollars in market. But the actual problem is during doping process a lot of heat generates which fails the process. During this process for cooling by providing refrigeration facility the light foreign particle are disturbed and then misplaced or flow with the refrigerator air.
According to me this not a problem, but a great opportunity for produce mobile phones at very reasonable price. After successful implementation of this process people get mobile phones at very reasonable price. This will help to strengthen the economy of a country. This process can also be implementing in space application at very low price. According to some researchers, after successful implementation this process will bring a revolution in the electronic field.
If I will be the leader for this project than I will take it as a great opportunity in my life and I will give my best. Mainly I will try to concentrate on following activities:
