Business objectives –
1 To gain the competitive advantage and grab the market share in Indian market.
2 To create the brand image among the Europeans for providing the best consultancy services in India and Europe.
Major Problems –
1 De-motivated staff and less efforts from the employees towards the Organization objective.
2 Human errors in work and loads of complaints from the clients for delayed work.

Business objectives –
1 To increase the sales in Indian Market
2 To increase the target market segments and include divergence in products
Major Problems –
1 Since the employees been allocated the main work and less interference of the boss, follow-ups gap and quality in the service not so good.
2 Customers complaints are huge, and no one knows who the senior to approach as the employees to whom work is delegated assumed greater authority then been delegated.

When lots of complaints are being received, they understood where they are lacking and hence took the relevant steps by appointing a leader having the skills to inculcate among the employees the sense of taking their own decisions and started involving them for decision making affecting their work, open communication, open acceptance of mistakes committed, and proper guidance and transparency of what they are expected to do and how it should be done. Thereafter they are leaving to perform on their own manner to have some freedom and sense of ease then hurry.
This increased their productivity and quality in working style and also, they accept the work as their own and started taking accountability of the same.

Here the leaders have changed their approach slightly, that they have clearly and transparently explained to each of their member what all responsibilities they have and how much authority they can exercise. They have been given their id cards based on the work allocated so that none of the outsider would be under impression of wrong authority. Each member of the team has been allocated certain designation for dealing with customers handling so that all must be know what they are supposed to do, and customers should also know to whom to approach.
This way control of freedom and adequacy is achieved as extra of everything is bad. Therefore, this must be control and in limits.
