Majority of the responses of the survey has been acquired from the age group of 18 to 34 years old out of which 66% are female. And around half of the population shop offline on a weekly basis while others prefer to shop monthly. Where is lesser percent of population was shopping online as compared to offline. This can be a problem statement for e-commerce business because still majority of the population prefer to shop of offine. Offline shopping gift the consumers the taste and feel of the product they are going to purchase which cannot be done true online shopping. But still majority of people prefer to shop online. the advantages of online shopping is that the customer does not have to travel to the shop in order to purchase the product which saves the travelling time and cost. Promotions and discounts are the most appealing factor which attracts the consumers to shop online.
