There is a legal liability against Bader based on Copyright as Bader copies the songs of Abdullah Bo al-khair and perform the same in front of the tourists without Abdullah Bo al-khair’s permission. There is a case involving copyright infringement which is the use of work protected by the copyright law without the permission of the owner. Copyright provides protection for the creators over their literary and artistic works. Music is covered under copyrights and Bader can be sued for copy right violation as he infringed the rights granted for Abdullah Bo al-khair including the right to perform the work. There are two types of rights under copyright which includes economic rights and moral rights. Under economic rights Abdullah Bo al-khair can prohibit or authorize the public performance of the songs and moral rights provide the right to claim ownership of the work for the owner.
