According to the case study, and the recommendations mentioned, it can be concluded, that it is benefitial to have an HR even in considerably small organizations. Having an HR, will cause a bit of increase, of managing the HR team, and paying for the extra activitie taken up by the HR managers, but the cost of this would surely bring in better ROIs over a period of time. The employees would stay longer with the organization, hence reducing the cost of hiring new employees continuously, and spending money to train them. The employees would also do their work with better efficiences, producing great results. Hence, it is only rightful to have an HR system in the organization, irrespective of its size.

HR solutions can be either outsourced, or self developed, according to the needs and finances.of the company. The company has to be patient, to see the positive results of the HR system, and has to invest time in it as well. Also, the company has to be patient while implementing the system, and has to take a careful look-out over the implementation. Implementation has to be done carefully, because if implemeted well, HR can bring great results, but if done with carelessness, it will only lead to increased costs.
